I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I’m Meg. I am an ordained minister and certified yoga instructor (RYT - 200) passionate about creating spaces of rest and renewal for body, mind, and spirit.
I work with individuals, groups, congregations, and helping professionals through retreats, workshops, one-on-one and group sessions. We explore together how our bodies can become an essential resource for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
