“Spiritual disciples are activities of the mind and body purposefully undertaken to bring our personality and total being into effective cooperation with the divine order. They enable us more and more to live in a power that is, strictly speaking, beyond ourselves.”

-Dallas Willard

  • Meg is passionate about creating spaces of rest and renewal for Helping Professionals. She has worked with church leaders, social workers, educators, and medical professionals, through small groups, workshops and retreats. Through movement, breath work, and reflection, Meg invites them to pay attention to their own needs and experiences, and equips them with tools to care for themselves in the midst of caring for others.

  • Women’s Retreats weave together spiritual conversation, gentle movement, and abundant rest. Meg offers a variety of embodiment practices and theological reflection to help participants ponder how their bodies can be a source of rest and peace, and a resource for their connection to God, self, and other.

  • Meg is a sought after preacher, engaging young and old in new ways of considering Scripture and life. She has led Youth Retreats, Clergy Conferences, and Church-wide Retreats, and she often blends embodiment and Christian spirituality into her deliveries from the pulpit.
